💙 We’ve all seen those blue tokens and thought who shall I support when you post them in the box? Well from now until the 30th September, you, your kids, work colleagues, family and friends can pop those tokens in to support Welford and Wickham Primary School and Stockcross Primary School.

We could win a Tesco Grant between £500-£1500 to go towards new sports kit for our Kite Federated school teams.

This scheme runs across four branches;

• Thatcham, Newbury Small unit, RG14 1DJ

• Thatcham, Newbury Large unit, RG14 2BP

• Thatcham, Thatcham Newbury Exp Small unit RG18 3EU

• Hungerford, Hungerford Superstore

As you can imagine it would be amazing to get first place so our teams can cut a dash in new kit, competing in all the varied sports we do.

The children in KS2 from both schools enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Englefield Estate on Thursday. The children learnt so much and all came back with different highlights from their visit. Another fabulous Kite Primary Federation collaboration 😍🙏

🎸🥁🎤 Over the past year, we've been working closely with Stockcross CE Primary School and Welford & Wickham Primary School to introduce students to playing in a band.

We've been running short, 5-week courses each half term with some students never having played an instrument before. The results have been superb and we've been over subscribed every time!

Thank you to the Head of the Kite Federation, Jo Lagares, for the opportunity - a great partnership that has brought music to some more children! 🎉

We are proud to launch the Kite Primary Federation’s inaugural Festival of Sports on 22nd July 2024. The children from Welford & Wickham and Stockcross schools will come together for a morning of sporting fun.

The event will take place at Stockcross School and children from Welford & Wickham should be dropped off at the normal kiss and drop time. Collection at the end of the day is as usual from your child’s school.
