What an incredibly humbling weekend! 💜 I had the honor of welcoming 8 amazing mums supported by the charity Tiny Lives to the Urban Angels Centre in Gosforth. Tiny Lives charity support premature and sick newborn babies and their families. These mums, were gifted 2 hours of much-needed self-care by the Tiny Lives charity.

Their time was filled with relaxation and healing, including:

Today I had the privilege of meeting the incredible water researcher, Veda Austin, who has discovered recurring patterns in ice that reveal the difference between spring and tap water, and even healthy vs. sick water.
