New New Bengal Indian food with attitude

Hi everyone

As you may be aware the region of Syhlet, Bangladesh was majorly affected by heaving flooding.

We would greatly appreciate if you can join us and help our efforts to raise money for the disasterous floods that have impacted Sylhet, Bangladesh.

We are taking part in a charity night on Wednesday 20th July 2022, where all proceeds will go to charity to help those in need. Please donate generously for a much needed cause.

On Monday we attended the inaugural North East Bangladeshi Awards where we were shortlisted for the restaurant awards.

We are pleased to announce that we have won the Restaurant of the Year in Newcastle award.

We wanted to say a huge, huge win thank you to our New New Bengal family for your continued love and support, we really appreciate it ❤️

Also a big thank you to our hard working team, without their hard work we wouldn’t have achieved this.

Hi everyone

Hope everyone’s keeping well and safe.

My uncle who’s been in intensive care fighting with Covid since January has started a fundraiser for the NHS and Rohingya people.

Thankfully he’s on the road to recovery and has been discharged from hospital yesterday.

As a way of saying thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff, who’ve been working tremendously hard during this pandemic, him and his family have committed to walk a million steps in 19 days!

They have set up a Go Fund Me page and hope to raise an initial £1,000 in donations, half of which will go to the NHS and the other half to Rohingya Action North East – a charity which helps the Rohingya refugees who have fled violence in Myanmar to Bangladesh.

The fundraiser has already hit just over £4000 in 4 days! All donations big or small are welcome.

Please could I ask our Facebook friends and wonderful customers to share the fundraiser link and help him raise as much money as possible for 2 great causes
