These neck rings reduce the women’s lives. They can decide at the age of 15 if they want to continue wearing them but once they’re in their 20’s they can’t remove them as their necks are so unstable.

No Pilates tomorrow morning!

Another CPD training update FOR Gwen Morgan and I. We spent Sunday being educated and tortured by Michael and Malcolm of MK Pilates. We did matwork and reformer pilates training. These guys have been in the industry for 40+ years and really know there stuff.

So look out for some new moves, aches and opportunities to join us on the mat or reformer.
