We have had many people ask over the last few weeks if we are closing down and couldn’t place where this rumour has originated from. We have recently found out that The Days of the Raj in Gosforth (no connection to us), has closed down and is in new ownership. We can only presume that the rumour has came from the demise of this long established restaurant.

I would like to let all of you know that we are not closing down and we are still here trying to serve our fantastic food to our customers. We have had some tough times over the past few years and like most hospitality businesses, we are striving to manage the rising costs in supplies and energy. However, I am certain that with your support we can still manage to provide you with good food for many many years to come.
