NICE TO BE BACK!!

As some of you may or may not know, personal training took a back seat for me the last few years as I was developing and growing another business. Now that this business is flourishing I no longer need to focus all of my time on it having built a great team to support this.

I have decided now is the time to return to something close to my heart and get back to helping people change their lives. The past year and a half has been a tough one for us all and I want to be able to get back out there and help people change their bodies, lifestyle and even help with mental health.

Today marks the re launch of Thompson Personal Training.

We offer personal training sessions one to one, group training, nutritional guidance and mental health support.

All the above can be offered in a commercial gym setting, private gym or even online.

Whatever your time restrictions are we are here to work around that giving you as many options as possible to work around your life and get you the results you want.
