Spending time in nature is good for our mental and physical health. And swimming in cold water also builds resilience! At first, the cold water can be a shock – but enduring challenges like this on a regular basis makes us stronger. Each time it gets easier. So if you are a seasoned Sea swimmer or a beginner then please join us. Open to everyone!
We need a strong, resilient community so we can face big challenges head on, together. We have chosen the date of 10th September to mark World Su***de Prevention Day.
Everyone who registers will also get a free entry into our raffle with the chance to win a fantastic Bodpod – A fun and practical drying and changing robe handmade in a variety of colour combinations in Northern Ireland.
We do recommend that you raise additional sponsorships/donations! All proceeds raised will go towards local mental health and wellbeing services.

We will be running a wonderful four week creative project called Peace in Mind: The 100. The project is facilitated through an organisation called Beyond Skin. They want 100 women from NI to create a piece of art/poetry/creative expression on a page. These pages are then made into a book to go on exhibition in various places across NI and then will be going into a time capsule to be opened in 100 years!
