Loving the new Slimming World meals from Iceland - this was delicious 😍

Again not the prettiest pic of brekky but lush - grilled bacon, HEX A of 30g grated Red Leicester, a Warburton soft wholemeal pitta pocket for HEX B, and an Aldi hash brown for 1 and a half syns before I head off to cover the Ryton groups today 👌

Garlic and herb escalopes from the Slimming World range at Iceland with spicy potatoes, hex A of Red Leicester and speedy veg - that’s Monday done 🙌

Only used 2 syns for an Arla protein yoghurt 😍

Think this might be my new fave 😍

Hex B for Warburtons wholemeal soft pitta pocket, egg, bacon and speedy mushrooms before I head out to run the Winlaton groups today 🙌

Well done to our fabulous members 👏

These have to be the best waffles I have ever made 😍. Left them in for longer so they were well done, drizzled Skinny Golden Syrup over them with a Mullerlight salted caramel cheesecake yoghurt - delicious, easy to make and only 1 syn for the lot 😍

Bit of a blurry pic thanks to vertigo and being unable to keep my balance 🙄. After spending all of yesterday in bed trying to sleep it off I am determined to stay on track moving forward - slowly and cautiously moving forward in case I fall over 🙄😂🤪

Half a syn for yoghurt, 40g porridge oats for hexB, 2 eggs, dollop or two of the yoghurt blitzed with a blender and cooked in my waffle maker 😍

Today has been such a good day - fab groups, lots of laughs and hopefully lots of learning!

The SW Iceland meals have kept me on track today - need more speed food though!

Quick and easy omelette with salad and my all time fave Nandos Perinnaise sauce

Cheesy mushrooms on toast - I used both healthy extra A choices of Red Leicester for this cheese delight - mushrooms cooked in garlic salt, crushed chillies and soy sauce on top of my healthy extra B choice wholemeal toast - delicious 😍

Poached eggs and beans on top of potato waffle for 2 syns

Skipped lunch today as late very filling waffles, quick and easy tea - 7 syns for this from with boiled new potatoes and my fave speedy steam fresh veg - 7.5 syns used so far today but worth it 🙌

All that talk in group about waffles yesterday meant I just had to have them for breakfast today 😍 this beautiful brekky is only half a syn for the yoghurt using 40g porridge oats for my healthy extra B choice, 2 eggs, dollop of fat free natural yogurt blitz and cooked in my waffle maker
