These are the curtains I made for a client using the fabric that I posted recently showing the pattern match. They are a simple lined pencil pleat curtain. The client was having trouble getting ready made curtains due to needing one curtain wider than the other to fit around the one sided bay window.
I do enjoy pattern matching!! It takes some time to get it perfect, but it’s so worth the effort.
My client sourced this beautiful vintage Colefax and Fowler valence and headboard fabric from . The headboard fabric needed a bespoke headboard to fit inside it, so I carefully took the shape from the fabric and made a new headboard inner for it!
I’m currently working on 6 of these dining chairs for a client. 3 down, 3 to go and then I’m off on holiday!!!
Had a great day yesterday teaching headboards to some really lovely clients at yesterday. Great to be creative and have a good chat at the same time! Some beautiful headboards were made, and everyone has gone home with the skills to create their own headboard at home.
Just finished this lovely bedroom chair for a client. The seat was knackered, so I replaced the webbing, springs and stuffings to give it back its shape and comfort, so it will last a few more decades!! It’s been recovered in plush velvet in Fern, which is a very strokeable fabric!!
I recovered my clients barstools as the original covers had started to peel. They look so much better now in a material. Swipe to see the before
Some beautiful gathered lampshades made on todays lampshade course at The first lampshade was made using stunning fabric which looks gorgeous as a gathered shade have a really lovely range of fabrics and wallpapers which are designed by aboriginal artists

This was quite a transformation!! It’s actually a pair of chairs that were sentimental to my client, but they were covered in ancient loose covers and underneath some even more ancient fabric!! They are now looking beautiful, with new plush cushions and a lovely soft yellow herringbone fabric from
This sofa went home today and it looks gorgeous in situ. It’s so nice to see a piece in place and how clients use accent to bring it to life.
This was@covered in a boucle in Taupe.
Something a little different! I haven’t done embroidery since I was (a rather un-cool) teenager, and wanted to do some creative sewing. I loved making this and think I’ll have a go on some clothes next!!
Just finished off this bespoke tailored lampshade for a client. You can’t tell from the picture but it’s MASSIVE!!! I’ve really loved making it!

I love the fabrics at . I’ve just made two of these gorgeous tasselled cushions for which will be off to their new homes shortly.
No rest for the wicked or the self-employed!! Just made a pair of large (40cm) lampshades for in this gorgeous Australian designed fabric.
I’ve been busy making these tasselled cushions and drum shades for I absolutely love the fabrics from and each design has its own story. The face fabric in the cushions is paired with a beautiful velvet.
I spent my morning hanging and dressing these bespoke wave curtains for my client today. I hand stitched the top and bottom hens so there is no visible stitching in the face fabric.
It takes time to get a good pattern match, but it’s so satisfying!
Amazing service from I spoke to them yesterday and asked for some samples of their wools, and I received all of this this morning!! They have some fabulous colours, and the perfect green for my client!!
A matching pair of cushion covers made for in this beautiful pink fabric. They will be on their way to their new home shortly where I’m sure they will make a great conversation piece.
