We'd love for you to join us this Sunday for our Worship Service at Newport Congregational Church (NCC). Hot drinks are served from 10am, our service starts at 10:30am. We enjoy modern worship music, followed with a talk/reflection from our Pastor Mark Evans. We are a relaxed friendly Church, there is no dress code, all ages are welcome. We run groups for all ages of children. Who we love to hear as well as see. Whatever your experience of God or Church you’re welcome. Come as you are & let’s see if God will guide you & bring a fresh revelation.

The church is open all day thank you to Co-op in East Cowes & Isle of Wight Tomatoes we have plenty of good food.

Faith has just been so we have a mountain of fresh bread.

Thanks to Nick and his team in East Cowes co-op we have a nice selection of food, free for anyone to take within reason.

The Pantry needs to be a safe place for all users and staff. Abuse towards staff and users will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and you may be not be able to use the service anymore. Please bare this in mind when you use the pantry or other services the church offers.

Yesterday Louise, Shane & Lea gained there First Aid certificates. Well done them & thank you. The only problem is if you have a problem these are the folk trained to give the kiss of life! Our Minister Mark is always there as a back up to pray with you!

With the cost of living crisis effecting everybody, services like Pyle Street Pantry are invaluable to our community💙

Sadly 2 dust sheets have been taken from the Catholic Church wall. Mike is a lovely gentle builder & would like them back. Please return them so we don’t have to find your picture from our various CCTV footage.

Living on the veg is a little community garden designed to support local people with fresh produce. If you have a garden, allotment or farm that has an abundance you would like to share, your welcome to drop it off at the church so we can make sure it will go to people who will appreciate it.

It’s not often that these four newspapers tell the same story. So glad that last night showed that the vast majority of the UK are anti-hate & want to live in peace together. Praying for people to feel safe & for the healing of our communities 🙏

Monday 10-Midday we will be giving away more Hope Packs. You’re now able to receive up to 3 packs in total. Please share with those who have need.

A week after the brilliant Lionheart festival, as a church we are still taking stock of what God was doing as we hosted CFAN for 3 days mission. We have been left with several boxes of booklets. We would like to share them around with other churches to give away. If you would like some, please let us know.
