Long-established Newport counselling service Phillips Wellbeing (previously Kemey’s Grange) came to us after a full business takeover.
Over the years the business had somewhat neglected its need for branding & marketing and the new owners wanted the full package 📦
Phillips pride themselves on their prompt delivery of services, boasting an amazing guaranteed 7-day turnaround from initial referral.
As an established business with over 20 years of experience, the new identity needed to reflect the business’ expertise, professionalism and create a positive, welcoming space, for people seeking mental health support.
We developed the tagline ‘Shaping a more positive future’ and designed a simple logo mark, loosely resembling a P & W. In addition, we introduced positive photography of people and calming elements of nature to complement the brand, steering clear of the typical black-and-white imagery associated with mental health.
Phillips are now based in one of Parade’s OG offices in The Estates Office. We headed back to kit out a whopping 7 rooms with signage, wall art and full wall vinyls supplied by Sauce

A new brand and website for RJ Financial 🌱
Accountancy experts R J Financial Accounting Services Ltd approached Parade with the intent to invest in their marketing materials for an upcoming event.
After our initial consultation, it became clear that they instead, required a full branding exercise. Positioned in the competitive financial industry, we felt that they could better showcase their business in a way that reflected their professionalism, credibility and personable service.
The existing brand consisted of an illustrative logo featuring an acorn, a grey & mustard colour scheme and the slogan ‘Helping your future grow’. RJ Financial wanted to maintain these brand elements in the new identity.
We updated the mark which had initially been more illustrative, to a clean; modern icon, doubling as a shield. We managed to sneak in some upward-facing arrows into the negative space, a subtle nod to symbolise growth and positivity in finance.

The second The Every Woman Festival takes place this Saturday! We always come back to it because we loved building this brand and seeing it unfold into a successful event with a great purpose.
Thanks to the Everywoman team and our work on the project we secured 3 other jobs focussing around women’s health, some of which are also speakers at the festival.
Recommendations really do help small businesses, so thanks to our clients who shout about us from the rooftops 📣
THE PROJECTS
The Pelvic Pain Network
A nationwide network of expert physiotherapists specialising in pelvic pain. We created a full brand identity, developed messaging and delivered a website plus digital and printed comms.
Infiniti Healthcare
Infiniti came to us with a logo idea, looking to reposition themselves and generate a more cohesive brand. Their Cardiff clinic specialise in women’s healthcare.
Pelvic Health Practice
We designed and built a bespoke website complete with a custom appointment booking system and ‘find a physiotherapist’ map for optimum user experience. We updated the brand a little along the way, but kept the original logo. The team are based in London and the surrounding areas and bring pelvic health physiotherapy to people’s homes.
Four brands, all in the same industry, requiring different levels of treatment. We love doing a full brand identity from start to finish, but sometimes an update and reposition is all that’s required, and that’s ok!

Another wonderful year at has come to a close!
We’ve had a jam-packed two days of inspiring talks, from the likes of , and (to name a few!). We’ve also walked our socks off around Birmingham, taking in all of its sights, unique charm and beautiful historical industrial buildings.
We’re big believers in the importance of (occasionally) stepping away from our desks to learn about other creative industries. These creative industries may not all be graphic design specific, but still inspire and influence how we work. That’s why we love the variety on offer at Birmingham Design Festival.
We’ve heard talks from creatives on vintage ephemera, book cover design, art installation, film prop design, and even about the process of designing Muppets and Sesame Street characters 🐸
We’re feeling refreshed, full of new thoughts and ideas ready for the working week on Monday ✨
Thanks to the team at BDF who work hard to organise the festival and provide the fab free talks we get to attend.

Designers celebrate new studio after working from home for two years A design company in Newport is celebrating a decade in business with a move to its recently renovated offices in the city centre.
PARADE TURNS 10 🥁
In January, we marked the 10th anniversary of Parade and we were so happy to be able to celebrate this milestone at the official opening of our new studio which we moved into just before Christmas.
We welcomed clients old and new, suppliers, collaborators, mentors and family and friends to a long-awaited knees-up at our new home and to thank them for all the support that they’ve given us during a decade in business. We’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude and we’re extremely proud of the brilliant work that we produce which is a testament to the super-talented, hard-working team.
We’ll be sharing pictures of the party, our thoughts about 10 years in business, and the launch of our new brand identity over the coming weeks. But first and foremost, we’ve got work to do...

This Christmas we’ve FINALLY moved into our new studio! 📦
It’s taken much longer than anticipated, but the boxes are unpacked, the Christmas tree is up, and the fridge is stocked with Diet Coke.
We announced almost two years ago that we were leaving our studio of 7 years at The Estates Office for pastures new. We said we’d be working from home for the next 6 months whilst our new studio was being refurbished and as you can probably tell, the refurbishment took a liiitle bit longer than anticipated.
But if you’ve ever seen an episode of Grand Designs or had any building work done, you’ll know things never quite go as planned!

The icon that is ✨ Barbie ✨
With the UK release of the new Barbie film today, we’re paying tribute to our very own ‘Parade’ Barbie who is always proudly on display in our studio. ‘Diet Coke, Majorette Barbie’ proves that there really is a Barbie doll for everyone!
We’re super excited to see the film, especially after watching the Architectural Digest Dreamhouse set tour and seeing the incredible marketing campaign unfold over the last few months. The Barbie selfie Generator stormed social media and the brave posters, featuring nothing but a pink background and the date of the film release in the Barbie font, adorned billboards across the county. Just type in ‘Barbie’ to Google and see what happens! Truly a campaign of dreams... and we’re guessing a dream budget too!
It’s interesting to see how the brand has evolved over the years and continues to withstand the test of time. We love that after multiple variations of the Barbie logo over the decades, Mattel reverted back to the original 1959 version in 2009, although the film is using the 1975-1991 version for all of its marketing.
With all the hype, we’re bathing in the fountain of youth today and reminiscing of childhood days when we had the time to play and make up imaginary scenarios for our Barbies, Skippers and Kens. And not once did a scenario include deadlines, mortgage repayments or a pulled back muscle. We’re heading back to Dream World!

The Pelvic Pain Network, a new nationwide network of healthcare specialists, making specialist pelvic healthcare accessible and timely.
Their goal as an organisation is to listen to women with persistent pelvic pain and help them find relief, comfort and improve their quality of life, with less waiting and a quicker and more manageable diagnosis.
Founders Jilly and Virginia, both experts in their field, provided us with a clear brief and needed us to create a brand identity that was approachable and trustworthy, conveying the quality of care, service and efficiency of the network.

Last night, Claire attended the Smiley Charity Film Awards in London’s West end at the Odeon Luxe Cinema in Leicester Square.
We commissioned Photography by Anderson to shoot a short film for St David's Hospice Care last year, and it was a finalist in its category at the awards.
We’re sorry to say that it didn’t win the prize, but we’re super chuffed to have been shortlisted amongst so many other fantastic films from some other amazing charities! Tears were most definitely shed!
A great evening hanging out with the super-talented Isy and Leigh and indulging in the generous hospitality of the evening! 🥂🍾🍿and if the Goody-bags of dreams, canapés and flowing wine wasn’t enough, the dulcet tones of Tom Allen as host was the icing on the cake!

We’ve been busy designing & building The Every Woman Festival website and booking system this past month and it is now L I V E.
Tickets are too, and there’s a great, varied line up of speakers and workshops from Belly Dancing to yoga and Creative writing, all set in the beautiful grounds of Insole Court, Cardiff!
