We are over the moon to introduce you all to our new Soft Tissue Sports Massage Therapist, Marcus! 🤩 He will be available on Tuesdays and Fridays for existing clients starting from the 31st May, so get booked in soon to avoid disappointment! 🤲🏻
Marcus is currently studying Chiropractic at The University of South Wales, but completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science in 2019 then went on to complete his Master’s in 2020! He has a keen interest in sports, playing semi-professional rugby for Pontypool RFC and teaching classes at our incredible facility 💪🏻

There is officially a new boss in town and although he is only 4 weeks old he has taken to his new role with ease! We are so pleased with the new addition 🥰

In the run up to Christmas please be aware we are currently extremely busy and we now have no new patient appointments available this side of Christmas! This past weekend we went to Wiltshire to cheer on a client here at the clinic as he completed a 100km run!! 🏃🏻 Yes nearly 63 miles in the heat of the weekend along The Ridgeway in the “Race To The Stones"! We are incredibly proud of him and helped as much as we could with some roadside assistance. He has managed to also raise £1240 for Headway Cardiff, a charity dedicated to helping people affected by brain injuries. What an accomplishment all round! Well done Darren! 👏🏼

📣 COVID-19 Protocol Update
The Welsh Government recently held a COVID review whereby they have now deemed it safe enough to withdraw the legal requirement of face coverings in health and social care settings. This comes as positive news with infection rates decreasing and a return to normality on the horizon, however, we are still cautious with the guidance and recommendation to continue to wear face coverings to protect the most vulnerable. At Bluebell Wellness we put everyone’s health, safety and comfort first and therefore would invite individuals to wear face coverings if they feel they would like to, and to let us know if you would like any of our staff to wear one also. Our sanitisation and cleaning protocols remain in place as usual.

We are back after an amazing trip to the USA with the Welsh national Cheerleading team! Our chiropractor Tabby and the Adaptive Abilities Advanced team managed to secure GOLD at the World Championships and we couldn't be prouder of them all. Congratulations to each athlete that competed, and the 2022 World Champions! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🥇

We are so excited to announce that we are expanding our services to include Soft Tissue Massage Therapy! 💆🏼‍♀️
Soft tissue therapy is a fantastic treatment to help soothe and relax tense and aching muscles and tissues around the body. Our therapist treats a whole range of conditions caused by life’s stresses from all walks of life.
Appointments are limited, available Monday and Thursday evenings. Message to get your appointment booked!
