Made these little things for a local evening event. Marinated beef brisket, pineapple salsa and a spicy Chipotle Mayo on a bed of shredded cabbage. 🔥

Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year! A few things have changed with the menu. Costs have been rising like crazy over the past few months, some ranging from 10%-50% and more!

With this in mind, unfortunately, we have had to raise our prices accordingly. We’re not taking the mick and hiking our prices to maximise profit, to be honest even with this slight change we’re still one of the best value around for the care and quality that goes into our food. It’s a tough decision to make as a company and we hope you all understand.

We love serving our food to you all and want to keep doing it for a lot longer.

Cajun Chicken Quesadillas!

Tried these out on the van the other day and seemed to go down a storm! 👊🏼

🍽 Can’t beat a full English. So much food packed into this, sausages, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, eggs, Tomatos, mushrooms, beans paired with a bread roll and a tea or coffee. All fresh and made to order 👊🏼👨🏻‍🍳

🌶 SRIRACHA CHICKEN 🌶

Spicy one right here. Chicken marinated in Sriracha seasoning and Soy Sauce with Chinese Slaw, Sriracha Mayo, Coriander all in a Tiger Baguette. Banging.

Amazing weekend catering for the Hotrod Hop festival. Late nights and early mornings, mad rushes and all-round lovely people! Wonderful to try a festival for the first time, here’s to many more in the future! 🍻

Not only do we do hot food but also cold too! Fresh tiger bread daily here! This baguette is packed with ham, cheese and salad!

These flew out today! Another one of our daily specials! Lamb Gyros, Pitta, Tzatziki, Mint Yogurt, Paprika & Chips!

These went quick today, Mediterranean style chicken with chorizo, baby potatoes, peppers and onions 👊🏼.

🦐 SCAMPI & CHIPS 🍤

A classic. Nice in this hot weather too! Scampi, chips, tartare sauce, mushy peas and a wedge of lemon. 👌

Something nice and cool to enjoy in this sun! Ploughman’s Lunch, Ham, Cheddar, Potato Salad with shallots and spring onions, Pickle and salad!

🍗 CHICKEN SHAWARMA 🍗

Deliciously fresh! Here we have marinated chicken breasts, homemade garlic yoghurt, cabbage, lettuce, onion, tomato, coriander all in a soft warm pitta!

🇬🇷 LAMB KLEFTIKO 🐑

These sold quick today! Lovely slow cooked lamb with greek salad, feta and finished with a few chips and mint yogurt, all in a warm wrap!

🍗 BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN, FRIES & HOMEMADE SLAW 🍗

Taking it out of a bun this week and whacking it in a tray with some extra goodies.

Back at it again with the loaded fries, this time, chilli brisket, let the cheese melt and boom! 🤤

Just your usual brisket chipotle loaded fries. Banging 👍.

Chipotle Chicken, Lime Crema, Pickled Red Onion, Cheddar, Coriander.

Back at it with these house made beauties. Changed it up a bit this time, kept the lime crema but added some pickled red onions and fresh coriander!
