We are seeking the following to volunteer an hour or two of their time to help us celebrate Play In Healthcare Week with our patients (14th-18th October):

- Children’s entertainers 🎪
- Face painters 🎨
- Balloon modelling 🎈
- Magic Mirror or Photo Booth
- Superheroes & Princesses 🦸‍♂️ 👸

Today is the 80th anniversary of the D-Day Landings and the Battle of Normandy. If you're reading this, please take a moment to remember the brave soldiers who fought for our freedom.

Happy retirement to our lovely boss and friend Sue Faulkner, who retired today after 45 years at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust. We will miss her guidance, support, and endless supply of biscuits and humbugs very much.

Team Sebastian's Strictly £60,000 boosts Disney appeal as Orange day returns this time for KGH Team Sebastian will raise money for Skylark Ward

We are so grateful for this amazing donation and the support from Sebastian's parents and loved ones. Thank you so very, very much. 🧡

Today we went back to Disney Ward at NGH for the first time since Sebastian passed to see the team and to hand over the cheque for £60,000 from Strictly for Sebastian.

We learned about their plans for redeveloping the outside play area and will post updates and photos as the work is done.

We know Sebastian would be excited to see what they are doing there.
