What on earth is it?
You may have heard the word but not know what it is.
Essentially it is an energy healing technique to reduce stress and promote healing. It can help enormously with emotional and physical wellbeing, and is a wonderful, deeply relaxing treatment to have.
If you imagine your body as having an electrical circuit running through it with energetic currents flowing through. If there is a blockage in this, or crossed wires it can cause emotional and physical issues which can build up over time. Regular Reiki Treatmentswith a qualified practitioner can help the flow of energy andwhich in turn helps with self healing.
The NHS has recognised many of its benefits and Reiki sessions are now offered alongside traditional treatments in many areas. It is safe, relaxing and a wonderful way to spend an hour of your time.
