Personal Best Nutrition

I felt depressed, lonely & my life was going nowhere. I'm sitting at home responsible for the life quality of 3 beautiful girls and I'm failing epically.

I spent 80% of my oldest daughters life in the house. I couldn't collect my middle daughter from school, this went on for 5 years (she is 6)

For 10 years I couldn't live life, my go to was medication and my fall back was to rely on everyone else.

I had opted out untill........

I finally learnt how to eat, not to squash negative emotions, but to nourish my body and potential

2021I tipped 152kg's my doctors warned me and although I knew it, I just couldn't get myself on track.

Today I am 111kg's

Thanks to The Core I've lost 41kg's. That's 6 & 1/2 stone

Here's the thing, losing weight never had to be as hard as I found it. Non of the conditions I have are a deal breaker, that's against what I was told! There are people out there who like me we're getting no where but it's possible to break boundaries and live your full potential.

What an absolute game changer the past 8 months has been! 🥰

Not only am I 5 & 1/2 Stone down & continuing but ..

I'm now happier in myself,
I'm a better Mum to my girls,
My confidence is through the roof,
I'm no longer in pain,
I have tons more energy,
I don't need naps,
I have the biggest group of friends,
I've been weaned off medications,
I have a life that's growing beyond expectations all of the time,
I don't need weight loss SURGERY!
My smile is always there,
And I've been given the opportunity of a lifetime..

Ahhhhhh this was the most amazing feeling this morning.. to have the strength , knowledge & confidence to say NO THANK YOU to weight loss surgery is so fulfilling ,I felt really emotional after the call, being able to turn it away when 8 months ago it was my only option!
