Our new vacuum lifter by ViaVac is only 400mm wide and has a maximum capacity of 500kg.

CCS attended this job earlier in the year to move this 800kg garden water feature, to a safe spot to allow the guys at Totally landscaping to do what they do.

Oh my god what a transformation, these guys really are at the top of their game, what a stunning transformation it’s been.

Needless to say the C10 proved to be the perfect tool for the job, with its narrow footprint and its 4t capacity made moving the water feature a walk in the park (or the garden 🤣).

Back in London doing what we do in restricted areas.

350kg walk on Rooflight, unloaded from the delivery vehicle, manoeuvred to the rear and lifted into place utilising our new vacuum lifter.

With a 500kg duel circuit capacity and only 56kg in its heaviest configuration we’re absolutely positive this is going to be a busy addition to the fleet.

Finding a power supply to charge the crane was never going to be an issue on this job. Our all electric Spider Crane was right at home changing these buzz bars in this National Grid substation. Once again great to work with the team from Cadman Cranes. 💪💪💪

Back to complete the steel fire escape staircase for Kaja steel services. This time it was to utilise our new vacuum lifter and our C6e electric spider crane to install the vertical cladding. Although the business was trading there was no pollution with noise or fumes, a great benefit when working with our electric cranes inside or in confined spaces. Andy couldn’t have been any prouder than when his daughter Libby showed interest and asked if she could do her work experience at Compact Crane Services. Recently we had the pleasure of returning to a project we previously had been involved in, assisting with the installation of curtain walling glazing, internal staircase and balustrade glass.
This visit we were pleased to assist the professional team from Kaja Steel Services Limited with the er****on of a steel staircase.
The precise planning by Kaja Steel allowed for the main structure to be erected in a single day on a weekend, limiting the disruption for the business.

We are seeking a candidate to join DLR Industrial Services who is enthusiastic about working and learning. The job will involve a mix of long and short days, as well as local and nationwide assignments. There may be occasions when overnight stays are necessary. Some weekend work may be required, but we strive to minimize this to allow for downtime.

A valid driving license is a must, and ideally the candidate should be over 25 years old due to insurance requirements for the vehicles. A van will be provided.

The salary will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications in the lifting and shifting industry. We are willing to provide training, so lack of experience is not a major concern.

In 2023 Compact Crane Services exhibited at their first Royal Norfolk Show, the visitor feedback was so positive we had to return for 2024.
