Hi friends.
I ended up taking a much longer break than I originally said to make some headway towards recovering after my mental breakdown. I want to thank you all for your patience and sticking around with me.
But, for the next month, I am back fully - then at the end of March I will be closing my books again due to an operation I am booked in for then taking four weeks to recover. I will be active on here and via message but I won’t be seeing anyone face to face.

I will be making crystal jewellery, but won’t be taking customs until I’m back fully from my op.
In the mean time I will be offering online pendulum, tarot and oracle readings.

Morning everyone.

First of all I want to thank some of you for your kindness and support lately.
The last couple of months have been difficult for me, my health hasn’t been good and it’s taken it’s toll on my mind and body. This weekend my whole world changed & I lost a huge support system & my lovely little home that I felt so safe in. Sometimes things just aren’t meant to be no matter how bad you want it.
I will be taking a few days off to unpack things and set up shop again in my temporary digs, then will be taking orders and appointments again.

I wanted to share this because being transparent about mental health is extremely important. Speaking up when you’re in a dark place should be normalisated so that those who think it would help them can use their platforms to find new support or just encouragement.

I also want you to know that my inbox isn’t just open for business enquiries but as a safe space as well. No one should go through anything alone.

Beautiful Bella lapped up her relaxing reiki session like it was nobodies business.
After lots of yawning and tension release she had a nice snooze so deep she just couldn’t hold her lip up anymore. I LOVED working with Bella and I cannot wait to treat her again.

After one reiki session people have reported themselves and/or their pets having a long and restful sleep, taking more rational steps when faced with issues, noticeable easing of pain and even flexibility in areas which were once tight and sore.

Halloween derived from the ancient festival of Samhain.
Samhain is a pagan religious festival originating from an ancient Celtic spiritual tradition. In modern times, Samhain (a Gaelic word pronounced “SAH-win”) is usually celebrated from the evening of the 31st of October to the evening of the 1st of November to welcome in the harvest and usher in “the dark half of the year.” The veil between the physical world and the spirit world become thin during Samhain, allowing more interaction between humans and denizens of the Otherworld. Because of this, Samhain is the perfect time to honour passed loved ones or even idols. Leave out offerings to them, leave some food out for them, tell stories about their lives, there are so many ways you can show appreciation for those who are no longer here.

In brief, in the eighth century, Pope Gregory III designated the 1st of November as a time to honor all saints. Soon, All Saints Day incorporated some of the traditions of Samhain. The evening before was known as All Hallows Eve, and later Halloween. Over time, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, carving pumpkins, festive gatherings, donning costumes and eating treats.

I’ve been wearing one of my own wrapped Rose Quartz pendants for two weeks now and the self love is really shining through.
I’ve felt noticeably confident and a lot less self deprecating in my words and thoughts.

How you think and speak about yourself plays a huge part in how you feel about yourself. Self love isnt just long hot baths and manicures; it’s sorting out your mindset, being forgiving towards yourself and motivating yourself to achieve your goals- how are you going to do those things is you don’t think highly enough of yourself and questioning if you’re even worth it?

I originally put the Rose Quartz pendant on to test the durability of the design, (which I can confirm these pretty lil pieces are very durable) but I can’t ignore how much happier I am in my body, with how I look and with who I am.

Looking forward to the spooky season like…..

I don’t know about you but these dark mornings and nights are kicking my butt already as we come into Autumn. I’m feeling rather sluggish and discombobulated.

I used to love mornings, get up early make a coffee and some breakfast and eat it leisurely with a book or a podcast. Now, I roll out of bed at the last second wash, dress and leave still puffy-eyed and fuzzy headed.
S.A.D (Seasonal Affective Disorder) impacts a lot of us this time of year with waking up and coming home from work in the dark completely shakes up our body clock making it hard to motivate ourselves. It can lead to heightened anxiety and depression.

Ways to beat S.A.D include:
Making sure you get some daylight in your eyes as it rises. I’m aware this is difficult when you work in an office but stepping outside for ten minutes and getting natural sunlight on your face kickstarts your sleep cycle making you feel awake.

You could invest in a light up alarm clock. These light up your bedroom and wake you with light to mimic the way the sun would gradually get more intense during sunrise. A cheaper alternative is replacing bulbs that radiate cool light in the house for bulbs that give off a warm light, this again mimics the suns glow and isn’t so harsh on anyone’s beady morning eyes.

But most importantly, be patient with yourself. Give yourself a couple of weeks to be slow and sluggish, don’t force yourself out of bed. Then after your adjustment period get up five minutes earlier than you did the morning before for a couple of days, then another five minutes for the next two days and so on. The changes of the seasons are an adjustment and should be taken slowly.
