Today we have some farm animals and farm books out for the children to explore!
We’ll be identifying animals and their sounds, and reading some stories about them too!
A lot of the children here absolutely love animals so I know they’re going to love this! (They were already so eager to play hence the not-great photo😂) 🐷🐴🐐🐄🐖🐔

The kids are back😆

It’s the first day of the Autumn term!
We have lots of new faces joining us today, as well as some familiar faces! Some children have left to start nursery, wishing them lots of luck on their first day!!
We hope everyone has a brilliant first day back! 📚📖

We don’t often get the dried rice out, as we have a lot of little ones, so they try to eat it. But we got it out today and they are loving it!
Using the cups, spoons and small bowls to tip the rice about! A great sensory activity!

➡️exploring the texture of dried rice, squishing it in their hands.
➡️Pouring and scooping using their motor skills and coordination
➡️Naming the colours of rice
➡️Sprinkling the rice from above and watching as it falls

In a bid to be a tad more eco friendly, we’ve resorted to using these soft clothes to wipe children’s hands and faces after eating, instead of using a bunch of baby wipes! 🫧🧼

These 2 are always playing together, today they sat together and looked through one of the new books which has a squishy puppy inside! 📕🐶

Happy land is always such a hit! Found a huge bundle second hand so the little ones are loving playing with all the new pieces 🏡🏥🚓✈️

We have the ball pit out today, which they love! We’ve been identifying all the different colours of the balls! 🥎

I am now also an Ofsted registered home childcarer( nanny)!
These means I will have some availability to provide childcare for children within their own home. Maximum of 3 children at one time.

Rates:
£12 per hour until 6pm
£15 per hour anytime past 6pm
