We’ve hit September and that means one thing for us! Glamp is fully launching this month. We’ve been working super hard behind the scenes making sure our website and app are perfect, ready for you to book your next glamping experiences through our platform! 😗

Your very own private bathtub when you stay in The Edwardian Carriage at . Champagne out, bubbles popping, feet up, hair wet, listening to birdsong whilst looking out to a wildflower meadow, Choo Choo Moo really have done a special job with this one. 🛁😍

Here at glamp, we love visiting all types of glampsites. A couple of weeks ago, we visited the wonderful ; an ancient meadow glamping site with two ponds, out in the sticks in the Norfolk countryside and sheltered by thick hedge and mature trees. 🌳

All is calm and all is bright at Hengrave - after spending a couple of nights here with direct access to the great outdoors, you’ll be a very happy glamper always craving that simple life 😎

We had to stop to visit St Edmundsbury Cathedral shortly after seeing glampsite. As obsessed as we are with glamping, we love a good old sophisticated mooch around looking at historic architecture too!🤪🥸

From its rolling hills and fields, to its ancient forests and wild brambles, the Suffolk countryside is full of wonder. And what better way to experience its magic than by staying at Pod Hollow, a charming, and subterranean dwelling built into the side of a grassy knoll - a must stay for any Hobbit & LOTR fans!

Here at glamp, we were super excited to visit to see what the fuss was all about and it did not disappoint! With two double bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and more, Pod Hollow brings together old-world charm and modern comforts in a restful and idyllic environment. It is a home fit for any of Middangeard’s hairy-footed hobbits. Be warned though - as you can guess, Pod Hollow is extremely popular and often fully booked up but definitely keep checking for cancellations!

Glamorous. We've all heard it, it's the word that people associate with glamping, it's what turned camping into glamping. Here at glamp, we get it. But we're here to disrupt the ordinary, glamping isn't just glamorous, it's GLORIOUS. From hobbit-style pods and Mongolian yurts to floating treehouses and converted school buses. The possibilities are endless, it's not just about the luxury, it's about the weird and wonderful, something new and unique... something glorious. ✨⭐️

We came across this ‘Hammock Hut’ when we visited . It really is something different and unique. It’s built for up to 2 glampers who enjoy a simple stay snoozing on the hammocks, or there’s always the sofa bed that unfurls.

We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the evening than by cosying outside at sunset, toasting the marshmallows in the fire drum, followed by a gentle swing in those hammocks with a glass of wine… oh, and don’t forget to look up! There’s a giant world map above you to plan your next destination!

We love glamping for the nature and peace, to get away from it all…. but we thought we’d also show the popular spots and things to do while you’re staying in the area. 👀

This is the Ipswich waterfront, with great views overlooking the many bars & cafés. Who knows, you might even want to travel by boat and come for dinner when you’re staying at a nearby glampsite! ⛴😜

Situated in a privately owned woodland in picturesque Suffolk, the place to reconnect with nature is the incredible glamping retreat . There are four MegaPods and each one is self-contained & sleeps up to 4 and completely private from one another. Just imagine the sound of the owls in the swaying trees in the middle of night when staying in one of these - super cool we think! 😍🦉

FEATURED GLAMPSITE - Whitlingham Broad Campsite 🏕

Our featured glampsite today sure is one of a kind. Surrounded by 80 acres of picturesque country park within the Broads National Park. It feels secluded, yet sociable with the large area of amenities just a short walk across the field where you’ll find family friendly washrooms with toilets, showers & a wash up area. We can really tell the owners have put their all into this glampsite, and continue to work hard daily to make sure the guests have the best time. 💃🏼

Within a few minutes walk, you can even rent kayaks and canoes to explore Whitlingham Broad, enjoy woodland walks, or get onto a bike and cycle into the historic Norwich city centre which is only a fifteen minute ride away! 🤩

The incredibly photogenic Happisburgh Lighthouse (captured by ) is one heck of a place to visit if you’re out glamping around North Norfolk. 🫶

Glamping is a good way to experience the splendours of the outdoors and get close to nature without sacrificing any luxuries or comfort. The Willow Roundhouse at really is one of a kind, and we are in love with the interior! 😍

It’s located in a wild meadow at the edge of a semi-ancient woodlands and the luxurious and unique design of the roundhouse cabin is the perfect getaway for couples looking to reconnect with nature and each other. 🧡

Glamping gives us the chance to get out into the countryside and enjoy the peace & tranquility, and our home county of Norfolk is home to many luxury glampsites. Many of these sites are only a short distance away from our city of Norwich which has fantastic sights to see while you’re glamping. 🚶‍♀️

We love where we live, so we thought we’d escape the office during the sunshine and visit our colossal cathedral (which overlooks the whole city) and share the view. It’s also the second tallest spire in England! 🛕

We want everyone to set out, explore, and unearth something delightful – from glampsite mavericks to wild weekenders, which is why we are determined to showcase some of the best glampsites the UK (and beyond) has to offer! 🌎

Last week, we visited the beautiful ; a quiet adult-only glamping site with three luxury bell tents set in the stunning Norfolk countryside. Each bell tent has its own bathroom (in a unique shepherds hut) on a two acre meadow, giving the guests private space to breathe and relax - just watch out for the local damselflies, caterpillars and chirpy birds in the Spring time as they will always want to say hello! 🐛🦋

Welcome to ‘glamp’! You probably haven’t heard about us yet, but we have just a few more tiny tweaks to work through before we fully launch 🎉. You’ll want to stick around because we have loooaaads of action coming your way!

~ Who are we and what are we trying to achieve?

We’re based in sunny Norfolk in England and we’re here to make glamping glorious. We fully launch September 22’ and we’ll be showcasing all things glampy! We’re here for the glampers; the young dreamers and schemers hoping to get away from it all (roll mat not required), the novelty hunters, comfort-seekers, and social butterflies who want wonder at their fingertips… ✌️
