Rippleacts
Rippleacts is a social enterprise empowering long-term unemployed people in Norfolk
Rippleacts is a Norwich-based social enterprise supporting long-term unemployed people to re-discover their strengths and passion, and make a lasting change to their lives. We do this with a combination of cognitive-behavioural coaching, project work, accompanied work experience and peer-mentoring. As part of this journey, we support local charities with small hands-on projects, helping our clients unlock their skills for the benefit of their local community.
Did you know that in our courses we do much more than sitting and talking?
In addition to the more "brainy" parts of coaching, our holistic sessions include practice, , active listening dyads, guided mindfulness practice, video resources, follow-up work experience opportunities, info sessions with , and much more!
12 days to go before our next group coaching course for long-term unemployed people starts in Norwich. We have 4 spaces left.

Capturing socially impactful work in figures, let alone adding a price tag to it, is difficult. The positive change VCSEs make to individuals and society is multidimensional; it often takes place after we left, or extends to spheres we don't capture. โฃ
โฃ
It's still worth trying though!โฃ
โฃ
At Rippleacts, we are passionate about measuring our impact as robustly and comprehensively as possible. This helps our organisational learning, confident and transparent communication with funders and accountability towards our participants and supporters. โฃ
โฃ
Here are some insights from an initial social value analysis, focusing on mental wellbeing, one of the outcomes we care about and work towards with our participants. โฃ
