Tonight’s Run Talk Run was a slightly wet one tonight, but thank you to Mark for braving the elements and joining me. Felt more like a swim at times, and our trainers are now mini swimming pools but enjoyable none the less. Mark is a regular to RunTalkRun and it’s always a hoy to run and talk with him.

This Wednesday we return to Eaton Park for RunTalkRun. After last weeks PizzaTalkPizza we will be back to running/jogging/walking 5k around the Eaton area.
