M.E.
I contracted Glandular Fever at age 11.
Which turned into M.E. during my High School years.
After having to do a reduced amount of GCSE's and A levels I got into Art School. I just about made it to the Xmas holidays before burning out. I had to realise I wasn't able to manage a Full Time schedule.
I needed to find something that would fit in around my energy levels.
That's when I found a Part Time Holistic Therapy Course at the local college.
Everything I learnt not only helped my own Health & Wellbeing but provided me with a Self-Employed Career.
Over the years I have found my experience has helped me help others with similar issues to thrive with their long term health conditions.
