Back on the 4th January :)
As we approach the 19th of July many of our existing control measures will no longer be legal requirements.
That said, our main priority continues to be everybody’s safety which is why we have decided to keep all our key protection measures in place.
This means that until further notice we will be: -
• Keeping in place our temporary door counter.
• Continuing to sanitise every handset taken in for service / support / repair.
• Continuing to sanitise every handset returned to you after service / support / repair.
• Frequently cleaning of used touchpoints i.e., the door counter and card machine.
• Practicing good hand hygiene, in particular, hand washing and using hand sanitiser.
• We will continue to wear a face mask while serving you.
• Continue regular Covid testing for staff.
Face coverings are now discretionary but we ask that if you can wear one, please continue to wear one and help protect us and our family.
As always thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you soon.

As a result of Norfolk entering Tier 4 and our business being classed as non essential, once again we find ourselves having to close the door.
As devastated as we are we fully understand the need for these measures and would like to reassure you that we will reopen again as soon as possible.
would like to thank you all for your continued support this year and wish you all a very Merry Christmas!
It’s been a hard year for everyone and our thoughts go out to the families missing a loved one this Christmas and to those special people who can't be with us.
Best Wishes
Leroy & Leeann x
And so it begins, Lockdown 2 is live.
As a non essential retailer once again we have to close the door and put our business on hold.
Not much to say other than do the right thing, stay safe and hopefully sooner rather than later we can welcome you all back in December.
http://news.sky.com/story/coronavirus-violence-and-abuse-against-shop-workers-doubles-during-pandemic-12054201
A post I didn't think I would ever have to write but by lunchtime today we have been verbally abused three times because we asked customers to put a face covering on.
99% of our customers are amazing and have respectfully worn a mask or face covering whilst in the store. Unfortunately there is always a small percentage who won't play fair and react aggressively wih threats and abuse when asked to comply. This is something we have experienced daily since the law changed and is only becoming more frequent.
It is entirely your own choice whether you wish to wear a mask/face covering but to protect ourselves and other customers no entry will be permitted without one. If you have a medical reason for not wearing one then please send a friend or family member in on your behalf who can wear a covering.
It goes without saying that aggressive or abusive behaviour will result in no service and you will be asked to leave.
Coronavirus: Violence and abuse against shop workers doubles during pandemic A union is calling on the government to provide more protection for shop workers with new legislation and tougher sentencing.
We are delighted to announce that we will reopen on monday 15th June but with a slight change of trading hours. Our new opening times will be 9.30-16.30 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute closure for lunch at 12.30pm.
We would like to thank you for your patience during our closure and reassure you that we will be adhering strictly to governement guidelines when trading begins to maintain the safety of our staff and customers.
There will be some changes to the way the store operates and what we are able to offer. To enable us to provide a safe and stress-free experience we have limited the number of customers instore to 2, installed screenguards, introduced sanitizing measures for every handset that comes into store and daily deep cleaning of the shop. Staff will be using PPE and where possible we recommend customers wear face coverings.
At this time the phone line will not reopen and will remain closed until further notice. As always if you need to contact us either click the contact button on here or use the contact form our our website and a team member will respond within 1 business day.
Thanks again for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back from Monday 15th June.
Although the shop remains closed we are still busy behind closed doors preparing for our return. The counters have now been fitted with protection screens and the required social distancing signs are in place.
Yesterdays government announcement was not quite what we were expecting. Like many retailers we were under the impression we could reopen from June 1st and have been working hard to prepare our business with this date in mind.
Following on from this announcement our provisional date of return has now been moved to tuesday June 16th.

Non-essential shops to reopen from 15 June - PM Boris Johnson says all shops can reopen in England next month if they meet certain Covid-19 guidelines.
We are currently in the process of getting our business ready to reopen in a safe and practical way.
Subject to the measures and modifications we are introducing being completed on time, we have provisionally set a return date of Tuesday June 2nd.
The wellbeing of customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us so our business model is going to change to allow us to maintain this, details of which will follow in a future update.
In the meantime thank you all for your continued messages of support and Leeann and I look forward to seeing you all soon.
Out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health and well-being of our staff and customers, we have taken the decision to temporarily close until further notice.
We have had no cases amongst our customers or staff but in following the example of other retailers the decision was made earlier today to err on the side of caution and close.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and post any updates on here first.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused but we are sure you will understand that the health and well-being of our staff and customers remains our top priority during this difficult time.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Many thanks to all our valued customers. We wish you all a very merry Christmas.
