Our debt help service is made up of two crucial parts:
📞 The network of UK churches (we call them our 'frontline') who support clients, collect paperwork, etc.
📞 The Debt Operations team at head office who crunch the numbers and create tailor-made debt solutions for each client.
This combination means we're able to offer top quality debt help alongside practical, local support💪.

And it's a double dose of good news today. Our phone lines are now open to new clients again, meaning we can continue to support even more people as they start their debt free journeys. What a Monday!

Life looks a bit different for us all right now. Here are five ways CAP is adapting to the pandemic:
-
1️⃣ 100% of our staff who can work from home are doing just that. We're still working hard to free people from poverty and we can still pray together via video calls!
2️⃣ CAP Debt Coaches have begun delivering Debt Help appointments over the phone to get clients moving forward towards becoming debt free.
3️⃣ Our brilliant partner churches are setting up support networks to care for their communities.
4️⃣ Frontline workers and volunteers have been delivering emergency aid to vulnerable clients and will continue to do so.
5️⃣ We're also developing some resources online, so that no one misses out on financial support during this time.
It's Easter Monday! How is your week looking?
-

This is why Easter means hope to me.....
