‼️Important Update‼️

Weekly Tae Kwon Do class restarting THURSDAY 5TH AUGUST @ 6PM, please note the change of venue, the class will now take place at MUNDESLEY METHODIST CHURCH (opposite Haig Club) Enterance to the venue is at the rear.

Great news everyone!

I have now secured a new venue for the weekly glass which will now take place on a Thursday at the normal time of 6pm-7pm with the possibility of running a second class for adults and those going for higher gradings straight afterwards.

I will be contacting everyone shortly to find out if anyone has any objection to waiting until COVID restrictions are lifted fully (in 2 weeks time we hope!) before restarting the class. This will mean we can return to training as normal without the need for further measures or having to restrict or split classes.

Following on from my update last week, unfortunately I have now heard back with regards to our usual venue which is now to only be used for specific events, meaning it is no longer available for our weekly class.

I’m currently enquiring about using another local hall so I will update you all again as soon as I can secure a weekly spot at a new venue and hopefully we can get back to training very soon!

Hi All,

I am currently awaiting confirmation on the availability of the hall in order to restart the Wednesday evening class, also relying on all being well with the next step of the government’s roadmap. Once I’ve had the go ahead the aim is to get things back up and running from Wednesday 2nd June.

I will be sorting out registration paperwork to hand out before hand to everyone so we are ready for returning.

Due to the recent tightening of restrictions and the rise in COVID cases, I feel, it would be irresponsible to try and restart classes and have parents and children mixing with one another. I will continue to monitor and review the situation and hopefully re-open as soon as it is reasonable and safe to do so.

This is a personal decision and not a reflection of Saracens Martial Arts guidelines. I will be contacting all my students individually to keep everyone informed.

PLEASE NOTE - given the current situation and the need for social distancing and self isolating classes have been cancelled until further notice in line with government advice.

Hi Everyone,

A quick update during such uncertain times at the moment...as the schools currently remain open the class will be on as normal tomorrow evening from 6-7pm. Moving forward this is very likely to change after tomorrow. However, we will not be covering anything that involves any form of contact (eg. Self Defence, Sparring)

Should you choose not to attend at the moment, there is no need to let me know. Please can I ask that any of my students who are showing signs of having the Corona virus, please do NOT attend the class for the safety of everyone else.

Lastly, unfortunately the grading that was due to take place on Saturday 11th April is now cancelled until further notice. I will keep you updated with any further information on this.
