Last week, Out of Hours enjoyed a wonderful Broads boat trip with the amazing Nancy Oldfield Trust volunteers. Despite the less-than-perfect weather, we had an incredible time aboard their adapted boat, complete with a wheelchair lift.
We sailed from Neatishead Staithe, spotting swans, cormorants, and even two otters! Our arms ached from waving at all the friendly boaters. Lucy and Charlie even got to drive the boat and received certificates for their efforts. Isabelle and Lauren loved watching the world go by at a leisurely pace.
A huge thank you to the kind volunteers from Nancy Oldfield Trust for making our day so special! ๐โต

Special shout out to Leah and Adam, our resident alpaca whisperers, who managed to get their alpacas to behave like true professionals. Our Story
From point of diagnosis to 29 years and beyond, we provide recreational, educational and social opportunities for children and adults with profound disabilities and complex health needs.
As a charity we support and enrich the lives of families, children and adults at our two locations in Norwich. Established in 1972 by inspirational couple Jack and Margaret Wymer, the charity has evolved from its beginnings as a Toy Library into a charity offering a range of services for children and adults from birth.
Today we offer a wide range of high quality services to support over 500 families each year from across Norfolk and North Suffolk. These services promote integration and inclusion by breaking down barriers that often exist for people with disabilities.
