Did you see that gorgeous Moon last night? So beautiful 😍.

It’s interesting, during consultations with my clients, we often notice a correlation between the moon being full and a few nights of not sleeping so well. I find it helps to make some time to gaze upon it, I feels like that re-sets me and I can sleep again.

Many of clients tell me they sleep so well after a Reflexology treatment, I love hearing that 🥰

So what happens to slim and pointy feet? When we consider adult women are FOUR TIMES as likely as men to have debilitating, painful foot problems, it’s pretty clear WOMEN’S SHOES are a problem
Isn’t it time fashion stopped constricting our bodies into painful submission? This mother is making sure her daughter DOESN’T follow in her pointy-shoe footsteps, literally
While Mum has uncomfortable, unhealthy and unhappy feet, she’s making sure Daughter’s footsteps stay FOOT-SHAPED: she goes barefoot where possible and when shoes are necessary makes sure those shoes are foot-shaped: FLEXIBLE, WIDE and BENDY so her daughter’s feet can grow strong and healthy

My experience of learning more about Menopause and Peri Menopause lately is resulting in me endeavouring to embrace it as positive transition, a deepening of wisdom. There's so much to learn and I'm learning that we can support ourselves in many ways.

One thing I've been learning today, through my ongoing Weleda training, is that we can help protect our bones from losing calcium during the Menopause by reducing our stress levels.

💜 One of my favourite things about giving Reflexology is seeing how deeply relaxed my clients become as I gently work the reflexes of their feet 💜

I've had the best time giving treatments in the woods for the last 3 days! My heart is full of love, peace and gratitude. I've spent time with the most beautiful and generous of souls and been surrounded with kindness in gorgeous surroundings, immersed in nature. Feeling enriched and reset 🙏❤️. Do you notice the similarity of my view whilst treating clients both at home and in the wilderness? 😍

I've not shouted about the RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) course that I did a couple of months ago because I've not written my case study up yet but I had to share this (not the picture, that was just some lovely shadows I noticed when I was in my tent).

Anyway, back to the point... One of my Reflexology regulars came for her treatment and mentioned that she had a lymph node up in her neck. It had been rather painful for about a week. I suggested that we try the RLD instead of her usual treatment (the techniques are on the feet). After her treatment she said her legs felt so much lighter. She went home and went to bed and when she woke up her neck issue had resolved. ❤️ I love my job ❤️.

That would certainly shine a light on things 🌞

Update... I've just completed my Facial Reflexology training (having been qualified in foot Reflexology for a few years).

I'm looking for a case study or two (I'm based in South Norfolk). I need to treat each person 3 times, once a week would be preferable.

Our tutor has often seen that cases of Bells Palsy have been relieved within 3-5 treatments and that headaches and sinus problems have eased, amongst other ailments.

Do you suffer with any of the problems above? If so, please do get in touch if you'd like to work together to see if I can help you. I can make no claims or promises to cure. At the very least this is an extremely relaxing treatment.

I usually charge £40 for a Reflexology treatment but will reduce that to £30 for these case studies. However, if you're really struggling with Bells Palsy and genuinely cannot afford £30 per treatment I'm open to discussing a more reduced rate so please still get in touch.
