Finding it hard to keep a good form & tempo ❌

Well find a weight where you can maintain the tension on the muscle though the whole set whilst keeping good tempo and form.

There's not point in lifting the weight if you can't control it, you will just cause yourself an injury πŸ€•

1️⃣ put a plan in place so you have direction on where you are going weather that might be a PT or coach both Will give you the guidance you might need.

2️⃣ Accountability: Hold yourself accountable there is no point getting a program put in place just to f**k it up and not follow the steps giving, you are paying for someones expertise and knowledge so respect that 🧠

3️⃣ stay persistent with your vision and don't give up until you get the results you desire 🀝
