It's a wrap (well nearly). We have been very busy working on the new Norwich Science Festival brochure and marketing materials over the past few months. And now, the brochure has landed. You can pick up a copy at the Forum, or download a pdf here. Keep an eye out for the buses and signage too.

Well this is a first for DesignPod. One of our designs was turned into a cake and bunting, for a celebration of 16 years of business for Plain Speaking PR. Not only did it look great, it tasted great too (the cake, not the bunting).

Who doesn't need a bit of sparkle on a cold January day?

DesignPod was delighted to be asked to design this desktop Calendar for UEA. A graphic representation of one of their many research areas/courses – the soala, nicknamed the 'Asian unicorn', one of earths rarest animals – we added a touch of foiling for that extra unicorn radiance.

The calendar is also designed to have a dual purpose by doubling up as a postcard, once the month has ended – you can tear off that month and send a note to a friend or colleague.

We are excited to unveil more designs throughout the year. Watch this space...
