We have just had lunch with this amazing family! They were all so kind 😍

Was a shock to see our faces 30ft high 😲

The first session is complete 😍 it was enjoyed by all 😊

Today has been amazing 😍😍 and even more ladies came interested in joining as we were finishing our 1st session 😍😍

✈️Ladies todays the day we fly to India 🇮🇳 Thankyou for all the support we have had for this adventure 💜 We will miss you all dearly while we are away 💜

Missing these classes like mad 😔 but the count down has started only 5 more sleeps until Ladies-Self-defense goes to India 🇮🇳

Hey ladies, unfortunately I have got to rest due to a trapped nerve in my back, and with school holidays next week and work being done on the venue we train in the week after and then our trip to India there will be no classes until March 20th 😢 sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sorry ladies there will be no Ladies-Self-defense class today 😢

We are so excited to announce that Ladies-Self-defense will be travelling to India on 2nd March 🇮🇳😁🇮🇳

It's our PUNCH IT OUT session on Wednesday mornings ladies! And we can't wait to get it started 😁
