Meet Adam 🙂

Adam's been bringing his culinary talents to Bar Iberico for the past 2 months, developing his skills from his previous position at Cartwheel. He's eager to learn and grow with us, and his passion for cooking shines through every dish, especially when he's on the Woodfire Oven section!

In his spare time, Adam loves gardening and has transformed his own space into a beautiful landscape. He has a deep appreciation for all plant life and enjoys creating serene spaces filled with birds and bees.

He is also skilled with a pen and creates expressive black-line artworks.

But he's a massive foodie at heart - he loves exploring new places to eat in Nottingham, as well as experimenting with South Indian & Singapore-style dishes at home - his rice cooker is always one!

Meet Connor 👋

Connor moved to Nottingham from Wallasey, Liverpool, in 2018 to study Engineering at Nottingham Trent University , but after taking a part-time job in a restaurant alongside studying, he realised his true passion lay as a chef.

Before Connor started working with us a year ago, he was the sous chef at Oscar & Rosie's! After all the pizza styles he created, his favourite still has to be the classic -

The festivities start with the march through Nottingham at 11 am at Lister Gate, with the main stage in Sneinton Market kicking off at 1 pm and a host of stalls parked along Goose Gate, Hockley.

Meet Maisie 😊

After moving to Notts from London, Maisie joined us in December and has got stuck into every part of Bar Iberico life, including creating cocktails
- ⁠Meet the creator behind last month's Bee Sting 🐝

When she's not running around at work, she's casually running half marathons in her spare time and is signed up to run Nottingham's Half Marathon in September with 4 others from our team!

Chilling at home after racking up the miles, she loves to recreate TikTok recipes, baking treats to indulge in her sweet tooth (anything with chocolate!), and tucking into her favourite snack - bagels, loaded with the tasty stuff. The Bagel Project helps to satisfy these cravings!

Her passions don't stop at exercising or culinary experimentation; she also loves unpacking a great film, with her favourite being Jean-Dominique Bauby's 1997 memoir adaptation "The Diving Bell & The Butterfly", which she discovered whilst studying Film Studies at Liverpool Uni.
