A throwback to me in 2011, following a special transfer .
I was able to semi re create this shot with one of our T birds T20 more recently .
Certainly come a long way from an ex police car and a one man stretcher to the amazing supporters we have today.
When you have a dream no matter how big or small, work at it.
I feel so privileged that I get to do what I love on a day to day basis and the support I've had, and the amazing people who have entered my life through it . But it started from a dream, no business or bank loans, just hard work and a will to do it.
The ups and downs , the rough and the smooth.

As the sun set over our city of Nottingham, our into care teams were supporting families in our community.

T25 HRS
Our Mercedes Vito Enclosed Private Ambulance is used for our Repatriation by land and sea services.
It also carries all the more heavy duty and specialist equipment required for the safe removal of larger persons and duties under the coroner.

This vehicle carries:
1 Auden Bariatric One Man Loading Stretcher
1 Auden Folding First Call Stretcher
1 Complete Concealment POD
Cotton and plastic removal sheets
Heavy duty coroner grade body bags
Personal Protection Equipment

The vehicle is fully insured as a private ambulance, including airside and European transport.

T23 HRS
Our Volvo V90 R design Hearsette is used regularly for our into care duties on behalf of our colleagues.
It carries ;
1 Auden One Man Loading Stretcher
1 Auden Folding Carry Stretcher
Disposable sheets
Personal Protection Equipment

Fully insured as a private ambulance
This vehicle also carries out other duties such as
Urgent transfers for body donation and anatomy services
Child to young adult transfer service
Personal ashes transfer service.

When two T Birds meet up in South West London to assist each other prior to a transfer onto the East Coast .

After the highs and lows of the NFE , it's back on the road for me and the team as I head from Leek to Bedford in T Bird T23..

I don't have many pictures of you but you are everything I wanted to be and more... sometimes you try and try and just can't get there ... but they say never meet your hero's because you sometimes get disappointed... my hero will always be you and even though I have no children of my own as much as I wanted to I know I had the best role model .... happy fathers day dad love you # # #

, these guys really do go above and beyond even modifying my stretcher at the show. Thank you for the years of service and support you've always given me.

Ellis is the youngest member of the team. He has seen all aspects of the duties we carry out from the standard into care calls to the more traumatic incidents we deal with. He is very much proof that dedicated younger people can make a big difference in the funeral profession.

Working together as a team plays a big part in making my service what it is and what gives it the reputation it has. When on call , our into care teams can call for support from their colleagues , we always have backup available.

All fueled, washed, and ready for the week ahead.

We always have a second team on standby to cater for every eventuality. This allows us to attend any address or incident in a timely manner, but also gives us extra help should our main team require it .

As always I'm so proud of my team.
After a busy week I'm just back in from the last Repatriation transfer just as the on call team head out.

A massive thank you to Verity , you really do go above and beyond to make sure that both colleagues and private clients are looked after equally , keeping both the teams out on the runs , the on call teams, and both funeral homes, families and mortuary teams updated on our duties.
Thank you so much for making it all matter just as much as our journeys do. We me physically do the distance but you equally go the distance for all of those we serve...

After a transfer to Stirling , I'm now in Lancaster for the night ready for a further transfer tomorrow.
