Hollins Road Post Office updated their business hours.

Did you know you can get Easy ID (a free service) and Pass Card when customers are collecting parcels (useful for peak!) and buying lottery tickets in our branches.

These are the early products we have launched with Yoti, our identity services partner. Customers are increasingly using these as a safe and convenient alternative to carrying physical ID.

EasyID gives an ‘age over’ number instead of date of birth, so you don’t need to work out the customer’s age!

Customer Notice!!!

Unfortunately we have been notified that the Post Office ATM Team wish to remove our internal ATM machine.
This machine is able to withdraw from all ATM bank cards. We have vulnerable clients who feel safe and secure using our internal Free ATM.
The reason stated for the removal of this cash machine is that it is not used to it’s full potential.

After a successful appeal. Post Office have agreed to re-schedule the removal for 3 months to see if we can increase its use.

I’m so so sorry to inform you that our Bry (Brian Ingham) has passed away this morning from a short battle with Leukaemia.
As you all know Bry did a lot of work with us here at the Post office.
He is really going to be missed and will never be replaced.
Please keep his family in your thoughts today 🙏

It’s with a very sad and heavy heart that I let you know of the passing of our Anita Chadderton.

Anita and her family have been and still are an integral part of our community and Post office. Her presence, her laughter will surely be missed.

People who wish to pay there respects and offer their condolences are more than welcome to speak to the Townsend family.
Funeral arrangements will be announced in the next few days.
