Remediation Specialist Completes Multi-Million Cladding Project - Roofing Today NORTHERN IRELAND remediation specialist, Anamore, has completed a £9m cladding remediation and fire compliance project at the Orchard

Our very own Anthony Marley is taking to the skies in the new year to raise vital funds for Air Ambulance Northern Ireland .

Air Ambulance NI is a self funded charity which relies on donations, roughly £2.5m a year to keep this invaluable service running for the people of Northern Ireland.

We had our Christmas party with the wonderful Bronagh from A Flavour of Omagh. It’s safe to say this year has been the best Christmas outing to date and it was something completely different from the normal Christmas gatherings!

• Assisting in preparation of monthly valuations for various projects.

• Assisting in assessment of sub-contractor monthly payment applications.

Criteria:

• A self-motivated person who is eager to learn

• Good communication skills

• Full driving licence and ability to visit other sites with occasional travel.

Proposed Omagh town centre hotel development will have local people at heart IT IS hoped that an exciting new hotel development in the heart of the town will present "a real flavour of Omagh and Tyrone".

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team at Ballymore Services!

The role will be part-time (3 days a week) based in our Omagh office.

Duties include:

• Brand development and social media management: the ability to work independently to create content and graphics for social media

• Correspond with our website designer for the development of new content and website maintenance.

• Create newsletters for clients using MailChimp

• Assist with branding documents for client proposals

• Support the Executive directors in managing events and sponsorships

Criteria:

• A self-motivated graduate with a Business or Marketing degree

• 1+ years experience in a similar marketing role

• Good communication skills

• Full driving licence and ability to visit other sites with the occasional travel required

• Graphic design experience (Experience using Canva / Illustrator or a similar platform)

**Project Update - Orchard Plaza Apartments, Poole**

Works ongoing on Phase 1 including fire breaks within the SFS frame, rockwool insulation install, Siniat sheathing board and Effisus membrane commencement.

Milestone achieved with the scaffolding and materials hoist now in place to allow works to commence on phase 2 cladding works next week.

Very tight site with challenges in storage space and working within a live occupied residential building, but our site team are dealing with these challenges admirably.
