We believe that parents are experts when it comes to their child. We aim to provide strategies that parents can use at home to help their children overcome their mental health problems.
Here is a comparison between ‘treating child’ and ‘supporting parents’ .
Anxiety is the most common mental health problem among children.
Offspring of parents with bipolar disorder are more likely to have childhood anxiety problems than offspring of parents without a mood disorder.
Does your child have any of the following signs of anxiety? Our research team is developing treatment strategies for children with anxiety problems in the context of parental bipolar disorder.
