TODAY IS THE DAY!!!! at midnight tonight our first baby album enters the universe. there is so much of us in this album. it's a time capsule of life as a 20 something at the end of the world. it's about love and grief and asking questions and feeling lost but it's also about being as silly as humanly possible. we hope you'll laugh. we'll understand if you cry. this is something we've all dreamed about doing since we were kids and we're so grateful we get to share it with you. our music is eclectic and far reaching so it makes sense that we've been blessed with a fan base to match. we love you (our degenerates) so much. in a few hours we bestow upon you our first album. take good care of it xx

Yes, there is indeed a on the roof of that house. The first time I saw it while passing by on the bus, I thought WTF??? I later realized it is pretty famous around here. It was lowered on the roof with a crane on August 9, 1986. The homeowner commissioned an artist to create the sculpture. The city council initially fought the weird sculpture, because you know, burocrats. The heroic owner got the support of many, nationally and abroad, an he eventually won the fight. The shark gonna stay.
