Banks, where the resources are stored for use of anyone in their community to access. At times people label resources as their own in hopes of returning to retrieve their own goods with the understanding that other people in the community won't use their resources.

Give And Go, While others only leave goods that they would be allowing any & all with access to a unit to use resources of that unit.

Give to Receive, Requiring any person wanting to receive resources to first give resources on every occasion they receive.

Goals

Blockades and Starvation: Cycles of revenge has some countries actively trying to starve a number of countries and communities.

Community Trust Buildings: Living with people is easier when they trust each other to be vulnerable about their requirement, wants and dislikes rejections.

Global Passports are mid-range “travel accessible documentation” inbetween National Passports, and Planet Passports. Global Passports, that is created to grant access to terrestrial earth and earth’s gravitational surroundings. Allowing for Global Passport holders to easily travel. avoiding the problems that come up from international community conflict that periodically discourages travel or prevents access or countries.
Goals
Ease Disaster Relief Efforts: A number of countries don't check documentation during disaster situations. But A number of rebuilding services included in relief efforts are often slowed or stopped, because of the rebuilding of governments systems and people.
Progress: Everyone doesn't have to have a national passport, everyones doesn't have to have a state drivers license, but for those who chose to, it is an option to make Global travel easier and safer.
Specifications
Global Passports maintain longer term agreements with passport holders and larger ports of entry, space ports, air ports, ship yards, as well as the (Nationals, States, and other Local Governments) that host traveling hubs and vehicles.
Allowing for fewer check-ins renewal and keeping travelers safe while traveling to watch, Super Bowls, World Cups, Olympics, Grand-Prixs, for vacation, and any other tourist destinations on Earth.
Obviously there are other reasons to be stopped then not having proper documentation. Global Passports spread Continental printing and agreement networks so that their Passport holders aren't being attacked while traveling or unwelcomed in, regional governments or local national governments, and gain favor with border patrol and other government personnel.
