Alexander Preston from our Under 7s won his MUM and DAD a bottle of bubbly for getting a shout out for himself and us. The shout out come all the way from New Zealand.

From yesterday's training session, our under 11s and 12s loved being back.

🚨England U20s Shirt🚨

We were pleased to have been given one of our former Minis and Juniors player England U20s shirt.

At the VPs lunch, Charlie's dad .atkinson.315 presented the shirt on behalf of charlie to Oxford RFC chairman John Brodley

This will be up in the club to inspire future players at Oxford RFC that there is every opportunity to achieve and become a professional rugby player.

Today was a lovely day enjoyed by all ages from the ages of 5 to adults.

We would like to thank our Minis and Juniors section, who are the best that's from the children, parents/gaurdians, volunteers, and coaches. Without you, our club wouldn't have a fantastic minis and junior section we do have.💚🖤🤍

We look forward to seeing you all in 2023, and hopefully, for children, parents/ guardians, volunteers, and coaches, join us. There is always room to join our family based club.

🚨C**ts🚨

The C**ts put in a gritty performance against Reading Abbey, with an immense defensive shift limiting a sustained attack from Abbey to only 26 points at the interval.

At half time the Oxford coaches set the players a series of challenges within the game, giving perfmance points for things like line breaks and tackles made - the target was 150 performance points. With this fresh set of challenges, Oxford upped their game, and out-scored Abbey in the second half, with some fine team tries.

They also hit their target of 150 performance points: their reward was being treated to one of their coaches attempting the "caterpillar". The players then showed him how it is really done.
