Six years ago, I built my CArt from upcycled wood and trash found in Oxford skips, and it’s still going strong—only the umbrellas change when they break! ☂️
This tiny trolley spent almost 2 years in the shed during the pandemic lockdowns and one more year while I had to return to my home country for a while.
But it survived all this time and continues its mission to promote sustainable living, recycled art, and crafts made from local trash or natural findings!♻️

What started as an art experiment and another of my trash art projects has grown into a passion-driven business.
I was surprised to see how much people love seeing art on the street and how open they are to supporting sustainable small businesses.
So, I left my other jobs, art shows, exhibitions, and the traditional art world behind to focus on this independent venture😊

This journey has been full of ups and downs, but I've met incredible people, made lots of friends, and sold thousands of upcycled jewelry pieces and original artworks.
My creations are now spread around the world thanks to Oxford's visitors and locals alike.

Some people still think I’m crazy—others, seeing me setting up, ask if I sell ice cream😁
But through this journey, I’ve learned that art is even more powerful than I thought before based on all my academic knowledge and art education.
It can change the world.
We need to move away from consumerism, fast fashion, petrol-based economy, and the production of plastic waste.
My CArt Gallery is my small personal contribution to this cause.
I don't know where this journey will take me.
I am just following my intuition and my crazy visionary brain.

Apologies for my absence in the street this past week. The weather has been unpredictable, and I’ve been busy with some other projects.
I’m now focusing on finishing up all your ceramic commissions, so everything you ordered this year is currently in my studio and will be ready this month. If you’d like to place a new order, please let me know by today.

Well, I do—sometimes! I do not often wear jewelry because I'm usually busy with these messy artsy and crafty projects, other physical jobs, or sports, which makes wearing jewelry impractical for me.

This is not a relaxing hobby, a spiritual journey, or something beneficial for my well-being. This is my full-time, permanent job, just like every other job in our perfect capitalistic society😁

It requires many years of education and practice.

At the end of the day, it's a physical, dirty job that demands focus and a lot of thinking.

Getting ready for the season😁

I remember the beginning of the summer and the end of the academic year during my art studies in Poland. That was the day when I was packing my backpack of watercolors, brushes, and sketchbooks and I was heading the way into a new adventure.

Today the beginning of the summer still seems to me like a new adventure.
It's not as crazy as before and I don't travel without money and don't hitchhike anymore, but who knows what will come to my mind one day...😁

Right now I am starting another summer season in Oxford!
Find me on the streets, pop in for a chat, support my independent tiny eco-art gallery, and if you need me to make any special commission, I am ready to accept any challenge!
