It is with great sadness that we must inform customers that a non refundable booking fee will now be required for all work with immediate effect.

October 2021 has been a record breaking month for all the wrong reasons, we have lost over £2200 of work from customers either not turning up or cancelling last minute without reason or rescheduling, one customer even left us a voicemail cancelling the job just as we turned up to work leaving us earning nothing for that day.

We never pressure anyone to book in and we fully understand that emergencies do happen but we hope you apprecite that we are not a large company that can just soak up losses like this especailly over this pandemic, the effect is immediate and direct in affecting the two families that our business supports.

A very special visitor for a repair today at the workshop, what a beauty!

We have been exclusively using the latest UV primers and curing lights for the past few months and we are thrilled with the results! it is a bit strange getting used to seeing all the prep still visible underneath but it really works! much better than any solvent product we have ever used 😎👍
