If you want to go home feeling relaxed and refreshed then a soundbath is just what you need. It takes you on a deep journey of relaxation. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow and get yourself comfortable for an hour of all about you.

As off 19th of April, I will be based in Stardust Massage & Therapy Centre in Paisley. I will be there every Saturday and every other Friday.

As well as renting space within StarDust I will continue with mobile treatments in and around the Barrhead area. I'll be posting my availability in my stories. Keep an eye out.

Louise is a complimentary holistic therapist who combines sound therapy with meditation and breathwork.

Louise will be available every Friday between 10-2pm for 121 treatments and one Sunday a month for a sound bath.

Marta is an experienced massage therapist and yoga teacher joining the team at Stardust.
