I have two spaces that have come available due to cancellations, 2 & 2.45 pm. I hate to be a moan, but please be super organised with your appointments. I seem to be having quite a few late cancellations, and these spaces are a struggle to fill with such short notice. I need at least 24 hours to contact and reply to messages of people who may be able to fill them. These two available spaces are another 2 from 4 cancellations for today alone. It's such a busy time of year, the admin work, the having unfilled spaces, and lack of income as I don't take deposits. It's something I can do without to be honest. It's something I'm starting to regret not doing over the festive period, especially.
Please be considerate, as unfortunately, I am going to need payments in full if you repeatedly cancel your appointment with such short notice, and a deposit system will be put in place gling forward.
