Our client had a risk assessment carried out on a HMO they run, and needed an LD2 category fire alarm system fitting 🔥 without carrying out this work they could not occupy the building with tenants, thus making no money on the property.

Back with our friends at citizens advice bureau today. Service of their fire alarm system. We found all smoke detection to be older than 10 years old. Manufacturer state these must be renewed. Now our client is fully compliant to BS 5839. Their insurer will be very happy.
