It was wonderful to be invited to exhibit at the Arts Centre in Cwmbran as part of a collection of Craft Festival Award Winners to mark their 20th Anniversary. I have sent along three of my latest small Vugs in Fuchsia, Deep Purple and Orange. 🤎💜❤️

I was lucky enough to win *Best Stand* 🏆 at The Contemporary Craft Festival at Bovey Tracey in June 2013!

To celebrate 20 years of the Craft Festival, this exhibition looks back to past award winners, bringing jewellery, sculpture, glass, ceramics, paper, leather, enamel and textiles together in a striking collection of contemporary craft.
This can be seen in Gallery 2 from 18.05.24 - 10.08.24

Vug combination planning !

It's been SUPER difficult getting stuck in to any work raising three small monkeys and keeping the house from falling to pieces! BUT I have been doing what I can here and there 😉😊
I have two pieces on their way up to Edinburgh next week and three peices on their way to Wales for an exciting exhibition coming soon.

I am coldworking some new medium jazzy Vugs as we speak and above is a VERY exciting sneak peek at the start of a new big Chromatic Vug I'll be working on over the summer. 🌟
I will try and be better at posting more and showing you lovely supporters Vug progress 😊😊

Excited to get stuck in now my shiney new electroplated disks have arrived from eeeek. Nice and flat, saw blade marks vanished and only the next million grits to get through :-) happy grinding in my happy place :-)

Just had to share a work in progress shot of this Vug I've started coldworking. 💓💜💙

Once cut and the face is flat (not quite yet) I work out which way I want it to stand and where I feel the top should be.
The piece usually has a more comfortable angle it wants to stand at, and then the fun job of making it stand on a ground foot begins!

As this year draws to an end, I reflect on my best bits....

I kicked off *January* in Vessel's top nine insta pics, learning my Vugs had reached 10 countries in 2022!!! 🙌🙏
*Feb* I took on a wonderful commission for a client in their beautiful London home for a matching pair of gold and fuchsia beauties🩷🧡
*March* I introduced my largest Chromatic Vug, after forever in the making!
I was then lucky enough to have it presented at with an amazing collection of work from and 🌟
*April* saw the creation of a brand new collection for ,I worked with a completely different colour palette and was very proud with the delicious caramel, honey, chocolatey, stylish outcome! 🤎 Huge shout out to for your help always 🙏 🙌
*April* was also my first appearance at Cheltenham's Fresh Art Fair with the lovely and with thanks to them for a fabulous show 🌟
*May*....well, my life changed again as we welcomed our third baby to the world. 🌏
Another absolutely perfect little miracle. How lucky are we🩷🩷🩷
*May* I managed to deliver new peices to for a successful show at the Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead🌟
The next few months are very family filled as I kept everyone alive during maternity and a lovely summer ☀️🤣🥰
I created some new small Vugs in a variety of different colours. Orange became a new popular favourite 🧡🧡
*Sept* I started new mediums to work on this coming year....watch this space.... 👀
*Oct* I exhibited Battersea's Autumn Art Fair among lots of talented artists, makers and galleries✨️💎

Morphs Morphs Morphy Morphs.....my absolute faves. Perhaps these little tinkers are more your thing?

This mini Morph duo is a beautiful combo of Fuchsia with a satin finish outside, a sneaky opaque white layer and a luxury Emerald center. 🩷🤍💚

Frozen Stalagmites are off to in time for Edinburgh's winter festivities. ❄️

I absolutely love these little ice beauties, the tallest being approx 12cm and the smallest 8ishcm in this set.

Relieved to finally be awaiting the collection of one of my largest shipments for a while! Always a tense time and it may have nearly ruined me getting it together while juggling babies, poorly children, sleepless nights and all the things in between 🤪🤪, but we got there 💪🏼
