During this workshop, we will share how we feel when we get anxious, what our symptoms may be, and how these can affect us both physically and mentally. We will also look at how the brain works, how certain responses can be triggered, and how these triggers can affect us emotionally.

Calling all families with young people aged 15-25 years, please don't miss this 'next steps' event on 29th August.
If GCSEs or A-levels are not the best measure of your young person's talents and interests, or if perhaps they score differently than expected in standardised testing, come along and meet potential employers, trainers, and education providers, all of whom think differently about SEND, pursue diversity within their organisations and have opportunities for our young people. Whether that means a job, starting a career pathway, apprenticeship, training, or continuing with education at college or university, no young person should be without a destination in September, or feel they have no options.
This is a small targeted event, so if your young person is between 15-25 years old, thinking about next steps - this event is for them.
Please note: Parent-carers are also welcome to attend without their young person, to gather information for them.
Today is Dr Tom Stovin's last day with us. Tom has been a valued member of our clinical team for a few years and will be missed. We wish him well as he starts his next adventure.
We will be having a new GP starting in the Autumn - more news on that to follow. In the meantime, Dr Stovin's patients will be continued to be cared for by our existing team of clinicians. ๐
