It was lovely to see many students attend the start of the Lunchtime Art and Photography Club Today, many of whom were from our new Year 7s.
As part of Today’s session, they had a go at printing.
A quick reminder that the Moot (Debate competition) club commences again for the year during Break 1 tomorrow, as well as a Poetry Club (Week A at Break 2) and the Year 7/8/9 Religious Club (Year 10/11 Religious Club is on Thursday (Break 2))
The Junior and Chamber Orchestras also kick off tomorrow with others following next week, including Strings, Brass and Woodwind.

Since the start of this week, teachers have each awarded one exceptional student a Star Student Award during lesson time.

Well done to our Year 7 Rugby Team and Year 8 Elite Rugby Team following their matches this week.
Team 8A and B had great victories winning both their games, and the Year 7 A/B teams put in a solid effort both drawing their matches.
Their behaviour was commended and we were proud that our students represented the College splendidly and in such a positive manner!

We would like to congratulate Year 7 student Isla, who very recently walked the length of a half marathon as part of the Midnight Walk.
Isla raised £200 as part of her challenge which was in aid of St Luke’s Hospice.
