Good morning!

Here is a snapshot of our talented chefs this morning, preparing our exquisite mussel agnolottis. These delectable pasta pockets are carefully crafted each day to ensure the freshest flavours in every bite.

Agnolottis are a traditional Italian pasta dish that originated in the Piedmont region. These small, stuffed pasta parcels are typically filled with a variety of ingredients, such as meat, cheese, or vegetables. In our case, we have chosen to highlight the delicate and briny flavour of mussels, creating a unique and unforgettable taste experience alongside our Herb crusted Brill.

New to our menu next week is our incredible new trifle: Raspberry jelly with Devon thin, set custard, whipped cream, candied almond, and raspberry.

At the heart of this trifle is the luscious raspberry jelly, but what truly sets this trifle apart is the addition of Devon thin.

Derived from a traditional Westcountry recipe, it features clotted cream that adds a rich and creamy layer to the dessert. The velvety smoothness of the Devon thin complements the fruity jelly, creating a heavenly combination that will leave you not sharing this dessert!
