Se zicea la un moment dat că pe cititor trebuie să-l lovești cu visual story telling. Că trebuie să faci fotografii care să expună o poveste adâncă și plină de substrat.
Se zicea la un moment dat că o fotografie face cât o mie de cuvinte și că poți aduce o întreagă istorie în fața cititorului printr-o singură imagine bine ticluită.
Oare in ziua de azi nu mai putem spune nicio poveste nouă…? Oare sunt doar aceleasi povesti simple fără substanță doar cu o altă copertă. Oare nu mai există un visual story telling, ci doar niște poze banale peste care lumea trece ușor plictisită pentru că toate exprimă același lucru?
Mai vedem...

It was once said that you have to hit the reader with visual storytelling. That you need to take photos that tell a story that is deep and full of substratum.
It was once said that a photo is worth a thousand words and that you can bring an entire history to the reader through a single well-chosen image.
Can't we tell any new stories nowadays...? Are they just the same simple stories without substance just with a different cover? Is there no longer visual story telling, but only some banal pictures that people pass over slightly bored because they all express the same thing?

I'm back with some photos of Evelyn. As I said in the last posting, there was no lack of smiles and good mood. 🙂 / Am revenit cu câteva fotografii cu Evelyn. După cm spuneam în ultima postare, nu au lipsit zâmbetele și buna dispoziție. 🙂

"Evelyn's smile" - this is how the photos taken at Evelyn's baptism can be briefly described. In general, on the day of the event, not all moments are suitable to capture frames, the condition of them, of the little ones, matters a lot. This was not the case with Evelyn, being very active and sociable with us, she helped us capture her story in her own way. („Zâmbetul lui Evelyn” – așa pot fi descrise, pe scurt, fotografiile realizate la botezul lui Evelyn. În general, în ziua evenimentului, nu toate momentele sunt potrivite pentru a surprinde cadre, contand foarte mult starea acestora, a celor mici. Nu a fost cazul lui Evelyn, fiind foarte activă și sociabilă cu noi, ne-a ajutat să-i surprindem povestea în felul ei.) / ...to be continued (...va urma)

Focusing on the details in the image, I had only three words in mind: "Rings of Power". I couldn't figure out why: I was thinking too deeply or because I'm watching the series??? :)) ( Concentrandu-ma pe detaliile din imagine, aveam in minte doar trei cuvinte : "Rings of Power". Nu puteam sa-mi dau seama de ce: gandeam prea profund sau pentru ca urmaresc serialul??? :)) )

...and we successfully adapted to wind and freezing temperatures, up in the clouds at over 2000m (...și ne-am adaptat cu succes la vant si temperaturi de îngheț, sus printre nori, la peste 2000m)
