By the summer Rox will be fully qualified after 4 years of training

A last minute upgrade at a House of Multiple Occupants (HMO).
This will allow each room to have it own individual room thermostat and the landlord will be able to monitored usage remotely

This old unvented cylinder had to go ! Due to lack of general maintenance it had spilt and had been leaking for some time 💦

New water softener installed today in the nice warm weather 😅. They aren't usually this big but this had to feed 5 bathrooms 👌🏻

Love having a blank canvas. We had to remove a combi boiler from the loft to make way for a roof conversion that's happening next week.
New Glow-worm boiler and unvented cylinder ready for the additional bathroom and upstairs heating circuit ! Was a busy 4 days !
